We are proud to offer some of the best small-batch, hand-tended, craft cannabis in Canada and are looking for a Trimming Supervisor to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced Trimming Supervisor to lead our trimming team and ensure the highest quality of trimmed cannabis flowers. If you have hands-on trimming experience, supervisory skills, and a comprehensive understanding of cannabis operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the trimming team
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and documentation
• Oversee equipment sanitation and maintenance
• Collaborate with the Cultivation Manager to optimize production schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Hands-on trimming experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Literacy and proficiency in multiple computer software types
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and working within a licensed facility is an asset

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM with paid breaks (max 80 hours per 2 week pay period)

Starting Hourly Wage:

$32.50 per hour
