RED Mountain Resort is hiring Ticket Cashier’s for the 2025 Summer Season!

The successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the public in a friendly and professional manner.

The anticipated start date for this position is June 2025, ending in October 2025.

RESPONSBILITIES 

• Selling lift tickets and processing Bike Park passes.
• Cashier duties
  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Assist guests in selecting the best ticket or pass product for their needs.
  • Reconcile revenues and receipts completely and accurately at the end of each shift.
• Guest services duties
  • Able to answer a wide variety of questions concerning all aspects of Bike Park operations and events.
  • Phone Rotations/ Answer phone calls of a general nature as well as those directed at the ticket office specifically.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor towards customers and other staff members at all times.
• Other duties
  • Special events registration.
  • Filing forms and applications quickly and accurately.
  • Maintaining files and supplies in good order.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Basic computer operation in a Windows environment.
• Able to learn new computer systems.
• Cash handling experiences an asset.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.

• Possess excellent employee and customer service skills and be of a naturally friendly and cooperative nature.
• Mature, energetic, adaptable and dependable with the ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work cooperatively as a team, and as well as with limited supervision.
