- Applying LCAHS policies, tenancy agreements and applicable requirements
- Working with BC Housing, the Residential Tenancy Branch and community partners
- Supporting tenant engagement and other LCAHS initiatives
- Contributing to website, social media and other communications as needed
The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director, Operations Manager and Building Managers. A detailed job description outlining the full responsibilities and requirements is available on the LCAHS website: www.lowercolumbiahousing.ca/job-description.

The successful candidate is highly organized and reliable, with strong communication and administrative skills, and the judgment to handle sensitive conversations, conflict resolution and competing priorities. They build positive relationships across diverse backgrounds, apply policies consistently, and work well both independently and as part of a small team. Experience in housing, property management, tenancy services, social services or administration is an asset, as is knowledge of BC residential tenancy legislation or BC Housing programs. Relevant education and experience will be considered.

- $25–$30/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Extended health and dental benefits
- Some work-from-home flexibility
- Employer-provided computer hardware, software and internet access
- A supportive, collaborative work environment
- The opportunity to contribute directly to affordable housing in our communities
Location & Requirements
The position requires regular work in Rossland and Fruitvale, with some work-from-home flexibility. Applicants must have:
