Tenancy Coordinator for Rossland and Fruitvale

The Lower Columbia Affordable Housing Society (LCAHS) is seeking a part-time Tenancy Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will manage tenancy of the affordable rental properties owned and operated by the LCAHS in Rossland and Fruitvale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties associated with selecting, supporting and managing tenants in our Rossland Yards and Rossland 4plex properties as well as Blizzard Mountain Place which is in the pre-occupancy phase of tenancy planning.

The person in this role will have excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, marketing and office administration skills, including the effective use of computer technology and social media resources.

Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Branch regulations and procedures will be considered an asset.
