Swim Instructors

• Able to provide instruction for preschoolers, children, & adults
• Minimum 15 years of age
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor Certificate
• Current Standard First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care current within 2 years & CPR-C recertified annually $22.26/hour + 4% in lieu of benefits will be added to each

Lifeguards

• Current NL, Standard First Aid (within 2 years) and CPR-C (recertified annually)
• Ability to perform physical skill requirements for NL
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Excellent customer service & public relations skills
• $24.81/hour + 4% in lieu of benefits will be added to each

Shift Supervisors

• Current Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor
• Current NL certification, CPR certification renewed annually
• Current Standard First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care current within 2 years
• Strong communication, negotiating & influencing skills
• Independent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills
• $25.97/hour + 4% in lieu of benefits will be added to each
