What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Passion: Oversee our front of house staff, ensuring every customer has a delightful experience.
• Be the Link: Act as the go-between for owners, front of house, and back of house staff, ensuring smooth communication and operations.Quality Control: Maintain our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.Training & Development: Help train new hires and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with our customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar bakery or café environment is a must.
• People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively.
• Bonus Points: Basic barista experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you up to our high standards!
• Passion for Pastries: A love for French pastries, baked goods, and coffee doesn’t hurt either!
