The Lower Columbia Better At Home Program Assistant will support the program in delivering a range of services to frail seniors living in the Greater Trail area. This includes working with and supporting volunteers to help with meal delivery, grocery and food bank delivery. Scheduling and conducting client intakes, reporting as required. Facilitating coffee groups, social events and community meetings will also be required
