We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scale Attendant to join our aggregate operations team. This role is responsible for weighing inbound and outbound trucks hauling sand, gravel, and other aggregate materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing professional customer service to drivers and contractors.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in an industrial environment, and able to handle a fast-paced workload during peak construction season.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate computerized truck scale to weigh aggregate materials, Issue scale tickets and verify load accuracy, Process cash, credit, and account transactions.
Maintain accurate daily records and reports. Communicate effectively with truck drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel
Monitor truck flow and assist with site traffic coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, answering phones)

Work Environment:
Office located on an active aggregate site. Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment traffic. Occasional outdoor work required
Busy during peak construction season

Compensation:
$20.00 starting wage. Overtime opportunities during peak season
