Job Brief:
• Full-time sales
• 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts Monday – Friday
• Starting wage $18 per hour plus commissions and incentives.

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our team of sales consultants. Proscective hires will be eager to learn, becoming generally knowledgeable of many products and services. As a member of our sales consulting team you will be expected to provide holistic solutions utilizing the wide range of products and services offered by Ralcomm and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients in-person, by phone, and through digital channels to understand their needs.
• Prospect for new clients utilizing outbound call lists
• Promote and sell TELUS products and services, including mobility, internet, TV, smart home and security solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about latest products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Ralcomm team to maintain a positive and professional environment

Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
• Detailed oriented, able to follow multi step processes.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Availability to work full time.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. (preferred)
• Secondary School (preferred)
