About us: Confluence started in the spring of 2023 by Kirsten van Breevoort, a Red Seal Mechanic in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with her Gas B Fitter Certification. The company currently offers residential service work, but the goal of the company is to expand and branch into installations in the residential market, continuing into the commercial market as we build our team. The job duties would vary from residential HVAC to commercial refrigeration.

• • Red Seal with Gas Fitter B $40-$48/hr
  • Apprentice from $18-$35/hr
• We provide opportunities for employment for your youth in summer student positions (when applicable).

• Replacement tools and clothing will be provided when they wear out
• Medical Benefits after the 3 month probationary period
• Averaging agreement in place: Up to 40 hours a week worked before overtime is paid (up to 12 hours in a day,  On jobs that go longer and use up the 4 hours in less than 5 days the remaining of the week can be taken off
