About the Role:
Marino Wholesale is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with inquiries, processing orders, and creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist the customers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Process orders and customer requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide product and service information with accuracy and professionalism.
Wage: Starting at $18/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, Ms-Excel, etc.).
- Some customer service experience is required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
