JOB POSTING- OUTREACH CO-ORDINATOR
The Greater Trail Hospice Society (GTHS) is looking for a dynamic, self-starting individual who can work both alone and as a team member.
The successful applicant would work under and report to the GTHS Board. This position will engage with medical professionals in various aspects of our communities. This position will educate about our services, and receive and assess referrals for clients that could benefit from Hospice support.
An understanding of Hospice would be beneficial with, practical experience in the medical sector a requirement. Experience in working in a team environment, public speaking, basic office procedures and working with a non-profit organization would be an asset.
The position is part-time, 21 hours a week with some flexibility around the days and time worked. There is the ability to work from home, but some time would be in the GTHS office. Assessments require travel to facilities and client homes.

The wage is $35-$40/per hour commensurate with experience.
