NAV CARE CO-ORDINATOR
The Greater Trail Hospice Society (GTHS) is recruiting another person to add to their dynamic team.
We require someone with excellent office and time management skills plus the ability to work
collaboratively with a variety of people. Must be self motivated able to work with minimum supervision.
The Nav Care Coordinator works with GTHS board members and staff, clients, and community to
promote a program that supports the Hospice Palliative Approach philosophy, and CHPCA and BCHPCA
standards.
Working with the GTHS Board and staff, the Nav Care Coordinator works with volunteers, clients and
their families to support living with the best quality of life possible as health changes and challenges arise.
Qualifications:
Experience with both Word and Excel and other programs
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Ability to work without direction
Ability to work in a busy office environment
Experience in a medical setting would be a benefit
Experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Have a vehicle for duties outside of the office
This is a part time, 21 hours work week. Starting wage is $25.00 – $ 30.00 per hour
