Monashee Medical Clinic is looking for a part-time or full-time Office Manager for a busy family practice clinic.

Skill Requirements:
• Leadership skills for dealing with staff, physicians and patients
• Technical aptitude in order support staff with troubleshooting
• Any HR or accounting experience is an asset
• Quick Learner and ability to problem solve
• Experience working within the health system is an asset

Job Description:
The office manager job is a fast-paced job full of a bit of everything including supporting the providers and staff to solve everyday clinic problems, overseeing staff, basic human resources, administration, basic accounting, technology troubleshooting, managing facilities, assuming the Medical Office Assistant role as required etc. etc. etc.

You don’t need to be an expert at all the functions, just have leadership skills, a technical aptitude, be good with people and the ability & interest in learning quickly. You must enjoy a fast-paced work place and multi-tasking. You love working with a team and supporting the growth and development of your colleagues. No day is every the same!

We are a friendly team of 6 practitioners and 4 front staff members. We all work together in different roles to keep the clinic running efficiently. This role offers you a lot of flexibility in how you get things done.

Many patients seen in the clinic are vulnerable so candidates are expected to be vaccinated for COVID 19.

Works hours can be flexible.

Wage range is $24 -$30 per hour depending on experience. No benefits package.
