
Mass Timber Project Administrator
Job Description

Role and Objectives:
The Mass Timber Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Mass Timber Project Team, supporting both at a project level as well assisting Leadership with key organizational tasks. Additionally, the Mass Timber Project Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the efficient operations of the Vancouver Office space.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization of project documentation, including organizing project folders with consultant drawings, contract documents, transmittals, submittals, etc
- Ensure compliance with contract documentation including Certificates of Insurance, Worksafe Clearance letters, Stat Dec/Lien Waivers, etc
- Support Project Managers by continually monitoring project milestone schedules aligning with internal manufacturing and logistics schedules, and identifying any discrepancies
- Compile closeout documentation, including warranty letters, as-builts, deficiency/service calls, O&M manuals etc
- Manage clerical / data entry tasks as required associated with forthcoming ERP system (“Epicor”)
- Assist the Project Team with coordinating travel, team events, and office supplies for the Vancouver Office
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as requested or required.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer focus
- Enthusiasm for mass timber and prefabricated construction technologies
Working Conditions:
- Overtime as required
- This role is based primarily in an office setting. The role may require occasional travel to other company locations
Compensation Package:
- Salary: 57,000.00 – 67,000.00
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
