Columbia Basin Trust is seeking a results-oriented Manager, Delivery of Benefits to join our team. This is a regular, full-time position based out of any of our four offices: Castlegar, Cranbrook, Nakusp or Golden.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, Delivery of Benefits, the successful candidate will:
• Work with a range of Delivery of Benefits Initiatives to lead, develop, and implement actions to address strategic priorities.
• Plan, develop, implement, manage and evaluate departmental programs.
• Conduct and direct critical analysis including research to support engagement and empowerment of Basin residents related to Trust strategic priorities.

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, planning, public administration or policy, or a related field with a minimum of five years of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing both people and projects. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, businesses, local governments, First Nations and community groups is key. The successful candidate must have well developed research, presentation, communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

The salary range for this position is $98,100 – $115,300.
