The full-time janitor at Waneta Plaza is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and out.

The worker will work 32 – 40 hours per week.

Shifts are 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
-Sweep & mop floors
– Vacuum carpets
– Emptying trash
– Sanitizing restrooms & other high traffic areas
– Snow clearing & landscaping
– General cleaning as assigned
– Respond to tenant & customer requests

Qualifications:
– Must have the ability to operate cleaning equipment & snow removal equipment
– Must work with cleaning chemicals; training to be provided
– Standing/walking for extended periods of time
– Energetic & flexible
– Friendly, courteous, self-motivated, and professional
– Ability to multi-task
– Ability to work within a team

The ideal candidate will have the ability to make minor repairs throughout the shopping centre.
