Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Insurance Branch Manager located in Trail, BC. The Insurance Branch Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the insurance branch. Responsibilities include supervising and managing staff, creating and implementing plans to increase profitability, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction and overseeing the delivery of high-quality insurance products and services.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold a Level 3 General Insurance license or the ability to obtain
  • CIP or CAIB designation
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,461.00-$84,325.00 per year
