We are looking for a fabulous teammate who is excited to support the Kootenay Boundary Health Connect Registry (HCR). The Attachment Coordinator maintains a list of Kootenay Boundary patients seeking attachment to a family physician and liaises between primary care clinics and KB patients looking for attachment.

Applicants must reside in the Kootenay Boundary region of British Columbia Canada.

There is also the possibility of additional hours per week as an Administrative Coordinator supporting Division projects. Applicants can express interest in these additional hours, or just the Attachment Coordinator role.
