This leadership position is responsible for overseeing financial accountability, providing strategic financial guidance, managing the finance team, and supporting the Board Finance Committee of the Prima Health Cooperative. Additionally, the Finance Lead oversees contract negotiations with significant financial or legal implications and maintains important relationships with funders and vendors.

Prima Health Co-operative is a hub of local innovation in health care. Operating as a non-profit organization, Prima Health aims to increase primary health care capacity and improve patient and population outcomes by running and providing management services to primary care clinics in the Kootenay-Boundary region.

Candidates must reside in the Kootenay Boundary region of British Columbia Canada and have access to reliable transportation for driving in all seasons.
