We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Event Production Assistant to join our 2026 seasonal team. In this role, you will support our Lead Planner/Producer in all stages of event execution, helping bring thoughtfully designed experiences to life with confidence, precision, and grace.

Compensation:
Seasonal, as-needed employment
Shifts scheduled in advance, with occasional availability requests as events are confirmed – Our assistants typically take on 1 – 3 events per month
Hourly wage: $23/hour, paid biweekly
Employment period: May–October 2026, with potential off-season opportunities
Preference given to team members interested in returning for future seasons
