Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Daytime Guest Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the guest experience during daytime hours. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized service to enhance satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, including coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adherence to service standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest areas to uphold high standards of presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any guest needs or concerns
- Assist in planning and executing special events or activities aimed at enriching the guest experience
