How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Summer Student -Can help support the BC team with virtual support, data entry, and old file clean up – preparation for shredding.
We need to have Dan C assist again in WH, due to the fact that we only have one COC for the interior the WH support is being pulled to cover in both the East and West kootenays which means the WH worker that was moved into a CC role is being pulled back to the WH frequently as support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the QA team by assisting with various projects related to data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
This position offers valuable exposure to administrative processes within a leading healthcare organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with data entry into the organization’s system
• Help maintain accurate patient records
• Provide general administrative support to the QA team as needed
• Participate in special projects related to BC Branch support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of QA processes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy standards when handling sensitive patient information

- Required Qualifications And Competencies
- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.

This position offers a starting wage of $17.85 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.
