As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
– Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register
– Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
– Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Perform product demonstrations when required
– Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
– Follow all company policies and procedures

Skills:
– Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual skills are a plus
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
– Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is preferred
– Proficient in basic math calculations
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
– Ability to learn technical sales information about products
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to perform product demos confidently
– Organizational skills to maintain a clean and tidy work area
