Company Driver – Over-the-Road (OTR)

We are seeking experienced and motivated drivers to join our growing team in OTR Division 012. This is an exciting opportunity to travel across the beautiful Western United States, with the chance to see all 48 states.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided 2015-2023 model year 53′ dry van trailer.
  • Haul general freight (retail products, dry goods, paper, beverages) on pre-planned routes, with a focus on the Western United States (WA, AZ, WY, OR, UT, CO, CA, ID, NM, NV, MT, DFW).
  • Maintain all required logbooks and paperwork.
  • Typically out 14 days on average
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal personnel.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • A minimum of 12 months of over-the-road driving experience, with a proven track record of spending more time on the road than off.
  • A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and a valid Class A CDL with all endorsements.
  • Excellent safety record and a commitment to accident-free driving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay package, including:
    • Earn average of $1,325 to $1,485 weekly
    • Per mile pay: $.53 solo / .54team(.27 per team member)
    • Stop pay: $20
    • Driver assist pay: $75
    • Breakdown pay: $75
    • Detention pay: $15/hour (2-hour minimum)
    • Compensation for local runs
  • Guaranteed home time for Christmas
  • Opportunity to earn upwards of 2,500 plus miles per week.
  • Modern fleet of well-maintained 2015-2023 model year trucks.
  • No touch freight (driver not responsible for loading/unloading unless compensated).
  • 70% pre-loaded pickups and 30% drop deliveries.
  • Paid layover time (determined on a case-by-case basis).
  • Encouragement for chaining during winter months (chains required November 1 – May 1).
