Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker to join a dynamic and professional team in our Trail location.

Our counselling contractors have flexible schedules, clinical supervision opportunities, a vast variety of client types with opportunity to apply your clinical skills and methodologies.
About Us:
At our clinic, we are committed to providing genuine, collaborative, creative, and ethical therapeutic services. Currently, we offer counselling to individuals, groups, families, adolescents, and children across the province.
We have 8 locations in 3 regions of the province (Lower Mainland, Okanagan and Kootenays) cultivating many provincial partnerships, referral markets and funding programs.

• Autonomy and Support: As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to build your individual practice while benefiting from administrative team support and clinical supervision (both individual and group).
• Steady, Reliable Referrals: Given the size of our clinic we have a healthy google ads budget and over a decade in business, we know how to fill our clinicians schedule!
• Managed Overhead: Leave the business management to us! From reception and administration to invoicing, credentialing, software, marketing and leadership, we handle it all, allowing you to focus on your clients. Our team is available 7 days a week from 8am-630pm to support our clinicians.
• Referrals and Training: We provide referrals, training, Jane App booking software, access to clinical consultation, and all the necessary support for a thriving private practice.
• Professional Development: Access regular Group Clinical Consultation, professional development opportunities 3-4 times per month, and participate in team socials in the Kootenay region.
Candidate Expectations:
• Registration with the BCACC, CCPA, BCCSW
• Ability to offer 12+ clinical hours a week
