We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
- Develop and design creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented beautifully.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Monitor food costs and waste management to optimize profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
