The RDCK Community Services Department is hiring for Summer Camps throughout the Regional District or at the Nelson Paddle Rental Centre.

If you are

✓ An enthusiastic, creative person who enjoys supporting healthy development of children & youth in a fun and engaging setting and keen to work the summer outside in a high energy position as a summer camp leader/supervisor/monitor

✓ A friendly, professional communicator, problem solver who enjoys working as part of a great team.

✓ Qualified to work at one of these levels: Supervisor, Leader, Monitor – See Job Descriptions for info

✓ Committed to the Health & Safety of the public and participants in RDCK programs

✓ Available fulltime or part-time mid-June to end of August 2025

You could be working in Summer Camps throughout the Regional District or at the Nelson Paddle Rental Centre.

The hourly rate for Positions are the following (ranges are depending on experience):

Camp Supervisor: $24.43—$27.96

Camp Leader: $19.76—$21.56

Camp Monitor: $17.40
