Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Branch Manager in our Nelson, BC location. The Insurance Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications
• Insurance industry experience with the ability to obtain a Level 3 General Insurance license
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $67,461.00-$84,325.00 per year
