RED Mountain Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Person to join our team for the 2025 Summer Season! As a Bar Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

The anticipated start date for this position is June 2025, ending in October 2025.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Present menus, describe daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards.
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and provide refills or additional items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Server.
• Must be over 19 years of age.
• Valid Serving it Right Certification.
• Valid Food Safe Certificate.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Able to work on your feet for long period of time.
• Able to carry stock up several flights of stairs.
• Available to work evenings and/or weekends.
