Kalawsky Chevrolet Buick GMC in Castlegar, BC is hiring a Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team.

As a Service Advisor, you will assist customers with coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will report to the Service Manager and work with a team of professionals to ensure our clients and their vehicles are treated with the utmost care. This is a full-time role with opportunities for income and career growth within our group of companies.

We welcome people who are new to the automotive industry but have held previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry or hospitality. We will provide extensive training and support to help ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of customer appointments. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• With the help of our trained technicians, inform the customer of any recommended maintenance services or repairs.
• Learn and follow our processes to create a positive impression with the customer and to ensure good communication.
• Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.

Pay: $4,000.00-$5,500.00 per month
