Job Description
Busy real estate office looking for an outgoing personality and self-motivated individual with the ability to interact daily with office staff, the public, and to work unsupervised. Windows Office, Excel, management of social media platforms and basic bookkeeping skills required. This position is perfect for someone who likes to work in a systematic process-oriented environment. Familiarity with conveyancing, contracts, and basic real estate transactions is preferred. This is a full-time admin position. Wage DOE. Apply in person or by email.
Qualifications
- Secondary School (Required)
- Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
- Bookkeeping experience: 1 year (Required)
Required Skills:
· Proficient with Computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
· Lonewolf Experience is an Asset
· Real Estate Experience is an Asset
· Bookkeeping and A/P Experience
· Detail oriented
· Organization skills

· Must be able to work in a very fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities Include:
· Processing high volumes of transaction paperwork through the real estate management systems
· Calculating sales commissions
· Conveyancing
· Banking
· Commission payouts
· Meeting deadlines and accurate processing on closing of all transactions.
· Working closely with Agents, Brokerages, and Lawyers
· Responding to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner
· General filing
· Managing office supplies
· Recording meeting minutes
Bookkeeping Responsibilities Include:
· Accounts Payable – Posting and Paying all invoices
· Filing all invoices/payments
· Expense Reports
· Monthly budgets
· Compiling Annual Audit information
· Responding to Accountants with year end information
