You bring skills, experience and knowledge that are transferable, meaning maybe you’re looking for a different type of job, yet your experience and knowledge are suitable for a wide variety of roles.

A multi-generational workplace is a good thing. Different people at different stages of their careers bring different skill sets, motivations, experiences and ideas.
