Position Overview You’re a keen learner and are ready to enhance your computer programming skills by using new information system technologies. You’re also a crafty problem-solver who can concoct creative solutions and workflows to unravel any request or roadblock. We’re looking for someone just like you to be our System Analyst 2.
Joining our Information Systems department, you’ll provide administrative support for our Microsoft Office 365 (O365) infrastructure, specifically Power Platform, and act as an analyst for our SharePoint service.
You love to share your knowledge and passion for programming with others and know how to communicate the complexity of your expertise to users and business stakeholders you partner with. Your meticulous and strategic approach helps you develop efficient solutions, workflows and future governance structures that enable continuous improvements and innovation.

In year 1, you will:
Build relationships with key business stakeholders and O365 Power Platform users.
Help develop governance and training for the Power Platform.
Expand upon your knowledge of the Power Platform and use it to enable development in line with the governance you created.
Familiarize with our SharePoint environments, support basic user requests, and identify opportunities as we begin to transition to the O365 cloud.
In year 2, you will:
Act as a Power Platform subject matter expert for questions and tough problems.
Support business stakeholders with building out complex power apps and power automated workflows to promote innovation and process improvements.
Perform SharePoint analysis to gather requirements, develop solutions, including workflows as needed by the company.
Begin to plan for the migration of some workloads to O365.
What it takes:
A diploma or degree in a related field, such as Computer Engineering or Computer Science, plus four years of related and recent work experience.
Proven experience with O365 and Microsoft Power Platform, with course accreditation in these areas being considered an asset.
Great organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to gather requirements and develop solutions. Exceptional customer service skills for working with program users and business stakeholders. Additional Information To view the full description, click here.
