Home Share Providers welcome an adult with a developmental disability into their home and provide them with a safe and healthy environment to live in. Required care varies according to the abilities, independence, needs and wishes of the Individual. Support with appointments and transportation as needed. Provision of healthy meals, community inclusion, and aids to daily living etc.
