Student Works Painting is hiring motivated young individuals this spring/summer to work as painters! Starting wage is $18/hr with room for promotion throughout the summer! We have a compensation plan that makes painters earn what they are worth!

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our spring/summer painting team in the Trail/Castlegar area! We are looking for the hardest-working, most motivated students (or student-aged people) who want to be apart of a very tight-knit group of awesome people who want to earn what they are worth. This season alone, our team will be responsible for painting 100+ homes which will result in happy clients and crew members.

Compensation: Our painting systems allows our top painters to make upwards of 22-30$/hour, with our average painter making 20$/hour and our starting painters making 18$/hr.

We are currently hiring Painters and Crew Managers for the summer of 2022, so apply as spots fill up fast! Position Descriptions

Painter: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable and has effective communication skills.

Crew Manager: In addition to painting, in this role you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew of 2-3 people. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.

Requirements: Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer Must have own transportation (job site locations change frequently) Manual labour and ladder work required.

Full time starting May. Starting wage $18/hr.
