We are currently seeking a Solicitor who is enthusiastic and self-motivated with broad-based corporate/commercial experience, including experience in formation and disposal of businesses, asset and share transactions, corporate organization, restructuring and reorganizations as well as residential and commercial real estate.

Requirements:

A law degree and member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia A minimum of 2-4 years as a practicing lawyer with in-depth knowledge of corporate/commercial law ideally with a focus on real estate.
