These position can be performed from any location within the province of British Columbia. The successful applicant may remain at their current home location in BC and enter into a telework agreement OR work from a ministry location where office space is available. Job Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Degree or diploma in User Experience Design, Social Sciences, Library Science or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
At least three years experience practising user experience design (research, strategy, design, content) or service design (experience mapping, service prototyping) to design and enhance services via web and other channels. Experience in service design and a strong focus on improving service for citizens and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience leading significant change in an organization. Experience in leadership, communications, relationship building, and planning skills.
