Kootenay Chrysler is seeking a highly efficient service advisor to work the front line of our extremely busy service department.

Our Service Dept. has a "we do it all" attitude. The appropriate candidate will need to have the same outlook and appreciation for getting the job done. Leadership and multi-tasking skills will be a major asset. The potential for cross training in the Parts Dept. will be a long term goal to insure our customers have the best experience possible.

Duties

Booking, performing walk arounds, writing, dispatching, selling, billing and cashiering work orders to facilitate repairs and factory maintenance for our amazing customers and sales team.

Training

In house, web based, and offsite training will be provided

Requirements

2 years dealership experience (FCA preferred)

Typing, Communication, and phone skills must be very strong.

Valid class 5 drivers license

Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle

Positive attitude and work ethic with a desire to be part of a winning team

Payplan

Based on skill level and aptitude with the opportunity for metro wages with small dealership lifestyle.

Benefits will be available after probationary period has concluded

A successful applicant will have opportunity to advance within the dealership into a Assistant Service Manager/Service Manager once aptitude is proven.

The dealership has exciting expansions plans in the near future that include doubling the size and capacity of our current shop.
