In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the go-to-market strategy, support sales enablement and drive pipeline growth & product adoption by partnering with various teams across the company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the development and consistent execution of positioning, packaging and launches for the ThoughtExchange platform.

Note: This role is remote and open to candidates in Canada. Responsibilities: Market research – understand key markets to target, conduct market research and intelligence, define market segmentation and buyer personas Developing positioning for offerings to ensure consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer need, personas, and influencers along the customer lifecycle Product launch – work with cross-functional teams in product management, marketing, and sales to ensure the alignment and flawless execution of go-to-market strategies that identify routes to market, content offerings, pricing strategy, and sales materials Competitive – monitor changes to the competitive landscape at a macro-level, adjusting positioning and messaging where required Sales enablement – collaborate with sales teams to develop materials that enable teams to sell and deliver new offerings (such as proposal templates, discovery questionnaires, and presentation assets) Interact with executives, along with industry thought leaders to synthesize compelling messaging and positioning that provides a differentiated competitive advantage ADEI - Support our anti racism and diversity, equity & inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives, and completing all required ADEI trainings What we think is true about you: 5+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS experience preferred) Experience building go-to-market campaigns by highlighting product features Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help The ability to synthesize product descriptions into simple, everyday language Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data to make fact-based decisions Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, and interdepartmentally Strong customer focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills.
