Qualifications: • BC Certification • Bachelor of Education (Secondary) or equivalent • Previous successful experience teaching at the secondary level is preferred • Demonstrated current knowledge of the renewed curriculum, including the learning outcomes and appropriate resources • Experience with a variety of learning management systems • Demonstrated ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of teaching and assessment strategies • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills
