Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers in a courteous manner Take orders from customers and sell parts to meet their needs Coordinate the customer’s order with the auto parts dismantler When working in the parts counter, he/she follows prescribed cash, credit, transfers and cheque procedures of the company. Process cores, warranties, and returned merchandise Assist in handling customer complaints/concerns and make sure the problem is resolved Maintain the inventory system is updated for the parts on hand Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly Assist Parts Manager in merchandising promotions. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Parts Manager. Replying to all on line orders in a Timely matter Requirements:

Must have previous auto parts sales work experience Must have knowledge of automotive parts Basic computer skills including experience with MS Office products High School Diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus Effective interpersonal / customer service skills Effective communication skills – verbal and written Must be able to manually handle/carry items that weigh up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract Able to work in a team-oriented work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour


8 hour shift Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.50-$28.00 per hour
