Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store, Help identify customer needs and effectively provide solutions, Interact with customers on the phone, record messages and update customer files, Process customer transactions, General store upkeep and tidiness, Receive shipments; stock warehouse and store shelves, Assist administration as needed, Perform opening and closing duties

The right candidate

is friendly and handles customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism, is focused on learning and obtaining new knowledge, can communicate effectively both written and verbal, has the ability to implement tasks that may require a level of responsibility, can stay on task with minimal supervision, can use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems, has some level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift 50lb, is available some weekends (Saturdays only) No background knowledge is required, however experience in retail is an asset.
