Castlegar Hyundai is looking for a Sales Department Assistant / Receptionist. In this full-time or part-time role, you will support our sales team, sales manager and general manager with customer-service and administrative tasks. Duties include greeting customers, managing inventory, assisting with vehicle deliveries, customer follow-up, answering phone calls and taking messages, collecting payments and issuing receipts, scheduling sales appointments, adding vehicles to our website, and other responsibilities.
This role offers training and valuable experience in the automotive industry and customer service. There is potential to advance to other roles within the sales department or elsewhere in the dealership and our affiliated group of stores.
