Job Description

Interior HomeCare Solutions is looking for a Residential Program Coordinator to work in our busy Kamloops office.

The Program Coordinator will manage the residential programs and provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met, provide planning, coordination and liaise with various agencies and offices. The Program coordinator will also be responsible for hiring, management processes and supervision of staff and creation of staff schedules. The successful candidate will report directly to the Nurse Manager at our Kamloops location.

Qualifications Required:

Degree/Diploma in the social services field MUST have experience working with children/young adults with significant mental health challenges NCI training/Mandt training Previous experience in a management role/residential setting preferred A valid class 5 driver’s license and appropriate insurance An understanding of computers/internet Excellent communication skills Wage will be based upon experience, benefits after probationary period.
