Job Description

Champion Chevrolet in Trail BC, is looking for a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist- Office Assistant to join our amazing team. You will be the first impression of the dealership, so you will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while visiting our dealership. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. RESPONSIBILITES:

Greeting and welcoming customers as they approach front desk Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them Answering questions and addressing complaints Check and sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files Keep front desk tidy and organized Processing transactions issuing cheques Daily Bank deposits Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable * REQUIREMENTS: *

Proven experience as front desk representative, or relevant position Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) Proficient in English Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Word & Excel) Familiarity with Basic Accounting Principles Strong communication skills and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem solving skills Customer Service Skills a MUST * WHAT CHAMPION HAS TO OFFER: *
