Summit Appraisal & Consulting Ltd is a real estate appraisal firm servicing the West Kootenay and Boundary regions of British Columbia. Our focus is on providing quality residential and commercial property valuation and consulting services. We have an exciting opening for a Summer Student position. Description: The Real Estate Analyst – Summer Student responsibilities will include:

•   Conducting research on market trends, sales, and leasing activity;
  

•   Inputting real estate sales data into a database;
  

•   Basic report writing;
  

•   Administrative duties.
  

Qualifications:

•   Must be a college or university student returning to studies in September;
  

•   Preference will be given to those pursuing a business related degree or diploma;
  

•   Have an interest in real estate;
  

•   Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and willing to learn appraisal software) – computing skills will be tested during the interview process;
  

•   Acts with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  

Additional: Enjoy a 4 day work week with Friday's off! $18 per hour. Estimated start date of May 2, 2022 (flexible).
