Summit Appraisal & Consulting Ltd is a real estate appraisal firm servicing the West Kootenay and Boundary regions of British Columbia. Our focus is on providing quality residential and commercial property valuation and consulting services.

The Real Estate Analyst – Summer Student responsibilities will include:

•   Conducting research on market trends, sales, and leasing activity;
  

•   Inputting real estate sales data into a database;
  

•   Basic report writing;
  

• Website upgrades and marketing;

•   Administrative duties
  

Qualifications

•   Must be a college or university student returning to studies in September;
  

•   Preference will be given to those pursuing a business related degree or diploma;
  

•   Have an interest in real estate;
  

•   Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and willing to learn appraisal software) – computing skills will be tested during the interview process;
  

•   Acts with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  

Additional:

Start date of April 2, 2023 (or later). Four day work week (Friday's off!). $18 per hour with ability to work from home (in the Kootenay Region).
