The Shared Care Project Manager is a core member of our effective, highly dynamic, and creative team working closely with and taking advice from the Shared Care Portfolio Lead. Alongside the Project Coordinator, Project Physician Lead(s), and the Project Steering Committee, you will lead the overall direction, coordination, implementation, evaluation and reporting for projects funded through the provincial Shared Care Committee.
