In the position of Project Administrator you will be responsible for regional project co-ordination, planning and control of projects across each stage of the project plan. You will also assist with administration such as the daily and timely entry of payroll into DTC & client applications, collection and filing of payroll related documentation, and other related administration duties.

You will be accountable for:

Assist and support project team in the production and collection of project documentation, ensuring project standards are maintained, reports and documentation are issued on time and that required any action and/or follow up is complete; Collate information from the project teams; verify accuracy of data and production of appropriate project reports.; Job request Set up: Work Orders, Job#, Quote#, internal set up in CIMS internal systems Assist and support project team ensuring standards, documents and reports are maintained on time and followed up on Assist with Procurement such as creation of purchase orders , collection of related documentation and maintain records Create change orders for internal job cost changes & purchase orders Update regional job master list Review holdback report Project specific cost tracking, final closing of Jobs & cost reviews with PC’s Prepare correspondence, various logs, spreadsheets and reports; Review work order numbers and cost coding accounts; When assignment is complete, collect supplies and documents in storage boxes for transfer back to main office; Ensuring all employee and personnel resources are active and accurate in the relevant time management/recording system DTC and/or customer system. Accurate and timely recording of time is submitted on a daily basis for payroll and invoicing purposes. Collection of payroll documentation to ensure timely payroll to workers. Respond to and resolve questions that employees may have regarding payments. Create and manage accommodation and travel bookings for project crew and staff Ensure all employees are paid in accordance with union agreements, CIMS policies, and site / client rules Maintain and organize site office trailers with respect to stationary supplies and required office machinery; Develop project processes and tools to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness; Other duties as required. To be successful in this roll you must have:

Completion of business administration certificate, diploma or degree would be an asset 2+ years of payroll and time keeping experience would be an asset Familiarity of understanding and interpreting union agreements is an asset Working knowledge of ERP system, specifically Sage 300 CRE preferred Well organized and able to work with minimum supervision. High level of attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks in high volume environment Proficient in computer Office Suite applications i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative and as part of a team driving towards achieving team goals and objectives Only candidates who are most qualified for the position will be contacted.* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
